Every day, millions of children are left helpless in our world.
Some are orphaned due to illness, civil wars, or natural disasters. Others are simply abandoned by parents who no longer can or want to care for them. Whatever the cause, these children face the same fates: poverty, violence, sexual exploitation, disease. Orphanages stand as the lone barrier between orphans and these cruel realities. Yet they are forced to operate with little to nothing; facing a daily struggle to survive.
